How to Order
Step 1 — Inquiry
Tell us what you need, and we’ll take it from there. To speed up your quote, please include:
- Drawing or sketch (if available)
- Pipe size / flange standard
- Media, pressure, and temperature conditions
- Quantity and target delivery date
No drawing yet? No problem — our engineers can help you work out the specifications from your operating conditions. You can upload files directly with your inquiry.
Step 2 — Engineering
Once we receive your inquiry, our engineers review your requirements and prepare a technical proposal. You’ll receive a detailed quote within 24–48 hours.
Step 3 — Confirm
Before production begins, we’ll send you technical drawings (CAD/PDF) for approval — and a physical sample or 3D model when required. Production never starts without your written confirmation.
Step 4 — Production
Your order moves through raw material inspection, manufacturing, pre-shipment pressure testing, and packaging. We share photo updates at key milestones, so you always know where your order stands — even from thousands of miles away.
